When You Are Eligible to Claim
You are eligible to file a claim in the following cases:

Options for Handling the Claim
If there is an issue with the product's quality or condition upon arrival, you have the following options:
* Replacement Product: If the product is defective or damaged, we will arrange to send a brand new replacement product completely free of charge, without the need to return the original item.
* Shopping Coupon: You may choose to receive a shopping voucher (coupon) for the value of the damaged product to be used on your next order.
* Return for a Full Refund: You may choose to return the defective or incorrect item for a monetary refund.
Return Terms and Fees (For Transparency)
To ensure full transparency, please note the following fees and conditions for returns:
* Deadline: Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.
* Restocking Fee: A 25% admin fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
* Return Shipping Cost: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee to our international return warehouse.
* Claim Limit: The customer is only able to make a claim once.
How to Lodge a Claim

* Claim Review: Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim.
* Approval and Return: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA number) along with our relevant return address.
